full service design + planning
Let us take all of the work off of your plate! This is our most exhaustive package, which includes design and styling, timeline creation, vendor selection and coordination, budget creation and management, and more.
partial planning
If you’re a natural planner looking for some guidance throughout the planning process, this is the package for you. We’ll provide you templates, resources, and tips to make the process seamless - and, of course we’ll be there on the big day.
month-of coordinating
This is for those who have most of their vendors booked and need someone to carry their baton over the finish line! We’ll handle all of the lead-in and day-of logistics so you can back, relax, and fully enjoy the day.

planning
The planning process begins by determining your overall budget and securing your important vendors. The goal is to understand your budget, vision, and personality preferences to match you with the perfect team of professionals.
design
During the design phase, we map out every detail of how your event will look in a custom design proposal. We’ll include each element, from color palettes to floor plans and run of show, so you’ll be able to see how the event will come to life.
execution
In the last few weeks leading up to the event, it’s time to finalize the details before the big day with you and all of your vendors. We’ll prepare final timelines, confirm details with vendors, and we’ll be there on the day to make sure everything goes according to plan.
